Thoughts on Search's Next Steps Google has become synonymous with search and is many people's first point of call on the web. During some time off over Christmas I read an article on Google and began to consider the search's next steps. Here are some of my ideas. |

| London Design Festival 22th September 2009 On a day trip to the capital I decided to take a strole down Regent Street then over to Trafalgar Square to see Anthony Gormley's "One and Other" plinth, where each our a different member of the public took control of one of the square's statue plinth's for an hour. Colston Hall Foyer 20th September 2009 Bristol's new, golden entrance building to the music & performance theatre opened for public viewing last week. The building acts as a box office, foyer, bar, meeting & performance area as well as a new architectural landmark. Colston Hall |

| BBC Weather 14th September 2009 A few weeks ago I set my Sky+ box to record a BBC comedy panel show. The recording captured the final few minutes of the weather forecast before my scheduled program began. Unbeknownst to me the weather man, Richard Angwin, had used my photograph of Pulteney bridge in Bath as a background to his bulletin. Thanks Richard! |

Bristol Balloon Fiesta This weekend Ashton Court hosted the Bristol Balloon Fiesta. An event which sees hundreds of balloons fly over the city during several mass ascents. And after dark, the organsiers treat the thousands of spectators to a night glow. More pics |
